When it comes to fashion student, casual, that's not cool

 Summer internships often means long hours and tedious tasks for little or no pay.

But just because you are low on the totem does not mean it is OK to assume that no one cares what you look like.

How many working environments - and the taste of young people - more casual, to answer the question, what can wear to work this summer to be a tricky task.

"I always tell my assistants," Dress for the job you want, not the job you have, "said Regina Gardiner, editor of People Style Watch for accessories." You think people do not look for you, but when open the entry-level jobs, you never know "when you could be considered.

Dress in an inappropriate manner, however, and your name could be on the list of potential parking be allowed.

We asked experts, managers of the style in the workplace and alumni about what they can offer advice - and in some cases what they learned the hard way.

"We had a student who showed up, a black suit, black shirt, black tie, black shoes, white socks, then transmits," said Jay Brown, assistant producer at a radio station in Charlotte. "It did not take long."

-If someone heard in a position of authority, draws you aside to talk about fashion.

Amanda Dittloff, 32, of Charlotte, can North Carolina do not feel like she was clueless when his boss first tried to tell him about suitable clothing to offer to take her shopping.
